Hair Extensions

Dennipep hair Extensions come with a 30 day money back warranty or exchange.

This warranty only covers claims where the wrong color has been chosen or sent out, and hair that has not been worn in what we consider to be an excessive amount of time to be valid for a claim, and where the same amount of hair that we have sent you is returned (ie: if you are sent a pack of 10pcs Clip In Hair Extensions, then all 10 pieces should be returned if making a claim).

Warranty is void if there are visible signs that the hair has been worn or chemically treated or dyed in any way.

Once you have received your purchase, within 30 days from the invoice date, you must:

• check to see if it is the correct color, and that it you are happy with the color match.
• check the quality and that you are happy with the product.

If either of the above are not to your satisfaction, you must lodge a claim with us at: warranty.claims@dennipep.com.au

If you decide to send the hair back for whatever reason, you must:

• Send hair back in original packaging, not removed from board backing or, if no board backing, hair must not be untied from the bunch in any way.
• Ensure hair has not been treated in any way with fixatives or colorants, or other chemicals.

Hair Styler

The Dennipep Professional Hair Styler comes with a 12 month manufacturers warranty, which covers parts only.

The styler must be returned to Dennipep for replacement or refund, and any evidence of tampering in any way, possibly in an attempt to repair it, voids the warranty.

Any damage deemed to be no fault of the manufacturer will not be considered for warranty.

Fusion Iron

The Dennipep Fusion Iron is covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty.

The manufacturers warranty covers parts only.

The iron must be returned to Dennipep for replacement or refund, and any evidence of tampering in any way, possibly in an attempt to repair it, voids the warranty.

Any damage deemed to be no fault of the manufacturer will not be considered for warranty.

Other Products listed under ‘Hair Tools’

All products listed under the ‘hair tools’ category, excluding the Fusion Iron, are covered by a 14 day manufacturers warranty.

• Color rings must be returned with ALL colors still on ring.
• Hair styler holder must be returned with diamontes, whether used ON the holder, or remaining, or not used at all.

The Dennipep Hair Dress has a 30 day manufacturers and satisfaction guarantee warranty.

Send the dress that you bought back within 30 days, and we will replace it or refund you!

Beauty

The Dennipep Professional Make Up Brush Set comes with a 30 day manufacturers warranty.

Any use of the brush set voids the warranty. 

You are recommended to check the set before usage to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality of the brushes and the presentation of the item.

Claims will only be considered if the brushes are returned in their exact original form (ie: in pouch and plastic covers and individual wrappings, in the ‘dennipep’ embossed faux leather pouch and suede feel zippered cover slip, with the DENNIPEP brand on it.
